Job Summary:
Duties: |
- Bring to life unique, appealing and most of all believable characters in both in-game and cinematic scenarios.
- Respect a delivery schedule of high level animation assets set by the rest of the team.
- Clearly communicate progress and issues to the Lead Animator, and be willing to understand and act upon direction.

| Experience and Qualifications |
- Junior Animator: 1 to 3 years of industry experience in 3D animation;
- Intermediate Animator: 3 to 5 years of industry experience in 3D animation;
- Senior Animator: 5+ year of industry experience in 3D animation.
- Must have participated in at least one full videogame production, preferably next-gen
- Formal education in 3D animation is preferred, though not essential – exceptional 2D education also an asset
- While a working knowledge of Maya is preferred, experience with any 3D package is accepted.

| Technical Skills |
- Must display a strong understanding of animation fundamentals
- An understanding of the human body and facial anatomy is an asset
- Good communicative skills and the ability to illustrate ideas are essential
- Insight into animation pipeline and motion-capture experience is a bonus
- A talent for cinematography, facial animation/lip-sync, and a keenness to explore acting principles is a must.

- A strong work ethic, initiative and above all else humility is required
- Must thrive in a team environment with a drive for self-improvement - to learn and also to share knowledge
- The maturity to give, (and receive), constructive criticism is expected
- A mandate to push the boundaries of videogame animation standards is a must

- Passion for videogames and videogame animation is essential.
