• Develop the artistic direction of the game following the storyline
• Define the visual aspects of the game in collaboration with the Art Technical Director
• Elaborate the visual references of the artistic direction that will be used as a guide for the artistic team regarding the standards of quality required
• Collaborate with the animators, programmers and game designers to optimize the visual needs while respecting everyone’s obligations
• Divide the tasks efficiently within the artistic conception team.

Person Specification:

• College or university diploma in 2D and 3D art or equivalent education
• A mimimum of 5 years experience as a 3D Artist; at least 2 years as an Artistic Director
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English

• Excellent knowledge 3D related jobs
• Experience with 3D software and 2D art application
• A versatile and exceptional 2D art application
• Strong painting skills in traditional and/or digital illustrations and use of color
• Excellent knowledge of human anatomy, physiological reactions, body language and proportions in character design
• Excellent knowledge of the principles of animation
• Background and desire to work on environmental concepts
• Versatility to work in everything from environments to characters, and in any genre
• Demonstration of a concept’s evolution from rough ideation to a final tight drawing or blueprint
• Good ability to create a large volume of quality concept art within tight deadlines throughout the project's development is required
