Title: Support Content - Administrator  
Reporting to: General Manager 
 
Job Summary:
Duties:
  • Maintain and support Intraweb sites for the Production and Services departments;
  • Maintain and support the Studio’s Internet website;
  • Research, realize and update the systems;
  • Establish and maintain the relation with the IT support team for the system maintenance;
  • Responsible of the well being and maintenance for a digital library of assets (pictures, video, audio).

Person Specification:

 
Profile  Essential
 
Experience and Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience or more in user support on open source software;
  • Excellent understanding of technical subjects;
  • Collegial or university diploma in computer science or the equivalent;
  • Knowledge in technical librarian;
  • Good redaction knowledge;
  • Bilingual.
Technical Skills
  • Strong experience in web edition (Wiki, Sharepoint, HTML, PHP, Perl, Apache, SQL, Linux, etc...)
  • Strong technical experience on PC computers
  • Experience in Design Web
Interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent customer services
  • Excellent team spirit
