Title: Marketing Coordinator  
Reporting to: Marketing and Communication Director
 
Job Summary:
Duties:
  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of marketing strategy of the studio games
  • Collaborate with the team for the creation and the follow-up of the major deliverables such as trailers, CG movies, screenshots, renders, etc
  • Distribute internally and track deliverables, as well as various submissions
  • Coordinate with Community Manager
  • Responsible for the content of the game and the regular updating
  • Act as project leader for the creation of websites, games, videos of "Making of" and dev diary videos
  • Collaborate in the preparation of communication events, for example Press Day, E3, etc
  • Responsible for the research, market studies and ad hoc studies on competition.

Profile  Essential
 
Experience and Qualifications
  • University diploma in Marketing, Communication, Business, or an equivalent formation/experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing, video game or entertainment industry is a plus
  • Experience on a AAA game is also a plus.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Experience in creating marketing campaigns
  • Advanced knowledge of video games
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of video software is a plus
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
Interpersonal Skills
  • Be accountable and express ownership
  • Able to communicate his ideas meaningfully and able to listen to other’s comments
  • Always trying to achieve superior results
  • Be a solid team player
  • Strong analytical mind
  • Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure and within the agreed timeframes.
