| Title: Senior Animator |

Job Summary:
Duties: |
- Bring to life unique, appealing and most of all believable characters in both in-game and cinematic scenarios.
- Respect a schedule to deliver animation assets on time to a high level of quality set by the rest of the team.
- Clearly communicate progress and issues with the Lead Animator, and be willing to understand and act upon direction.

| Experience and Qualifications |
- 4+ years of industry experience in 3D animation.
- Must have shipped at least one full videogame production, preferably next-gen.
- Formal education in 3D animation is preferred, though not an essential – exceptional 2D education also an asset.
- While a working knowledge of Maya is preferred, experience with any 3D package is accepted.

| Technical Skills |
- Must display a strong understanding of animation fundamentals.
- An understanding of human body and facial anatomy is an asset.
- Good communicative skills and the ability to illustrate ideas are essential.
- Insight into animation pipeline and motion-capture experience is a bonus.
- A talent for cinematography, facial animation/lip-sync, and a keenness to explore acting principles is a must.

- A strong work ethic, initiative and above all else humility is required.
- Must thrive in a team environment with a drive for self-improvement - to learn and also to share knowledge.
- The maturity to give, (and receive), constructive criticism is expected.
- A mandate to push the boundaries videogame animation standards is a must.
