| Title: Technical Director Level Design |

| Reporting to: Lead Level Designer |

Job Summary:
Duties: |
- Is involved in the development and creative growth of the project
- Is expected to have ownership over the level design tools and a scripts library (C++)
- Works closely with other level designers and creates top quality levels with the tools at hand.
- Is expected to contribute and co-operate with all disciplines in game development

| Experience and Qualifications |
- 3+ years experience in the video game industry
- A minimum of 2 published titles – at least 1 as a DT Level Designer
- 2+ years experience with with scripting or programming language (C++, LUA, UnrealScript, etc)
- Must have completed at least one game video production, preferably next generation.
- Solve problems that arise with the tools/scripts quickly and effectively
- Excellent ability to well organized and structured his work

| Technical Skills |
- Excellent technical skills of the game editors and production workflow
- Good communication skills and ability to illustrate ideas are necessary
- Ability to multi-task
- Must have a excellent capacity to give and receive instructions
- Must have French and English skills

| Interpersonal Skills |
- Must have leadership and work in collaboration with other department (design, animation and programming)
- Must be at ease within a team focused on constant improvement – ability to learn and share knowledge.
- Maturity to give and receive constructive criticism is required
