QA PROJECT MANAGER

REPORTS TO: QA MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage relationships between SEQA, QA Partners and Project Stakeholders;
  • Coordinate with relevant organizational groups to fulfil SEQA’s core mandate of exceptional quality service to our products;
  • Engage with development stakeholders, resolving complex and/or sensitive priorities for the business;
  • Oversee and facilitate flow of relevant project communication and documentation;
  • Understand and address studio needs in alignment with QA strategy;
  • Implement and drive ongoing project/relationship reviews and recommendations for QA and Product Stakeholders;
  • Maintain proficiency via training and personal skill development;
  • Engage with QA Management and key Development stakeholders to realize partner success initiatives;
  • Liaise with Service Line Managers and other PMs to maximize efficiency of the QA Team;
  • Exemplify an exceptional work ethic and conflict resolution skills, even in high-stress situations.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma;
  • College Degree an asset (Administration or Account Management);
  • Project Management Certification an asset;
  • 3+ years of customer success management experience with knowledge of QA practices and procedures;;
  • Knowledge of CRM, scheduling, and appropriate verification techniques;
  • Knowledge of common project/process management KPIs and reporting;
  • French speaking/writing skills required;
  • Strong language skills (written English);
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills;
  • Strong knowledge of team building, coaching and improvement;
  • Working knowledge of videogame platforms and consumer expectations;
  • Adept at shifting between detailed and big-picture perspectives;
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite.
