LOCATION: EIDOS SHERBOOKE

 

REPORTS TO: Service Desk Manager
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research and evaluate suppliers (office, photocopy machines, stationary, food, cleaning services, apartments, etc) and establish comparative reports.
  • Prepare PO’s and coordinate the buying process with suppliers (except for IT);
  • Manage shipping (stock income and outcome) as well as the delivery to clients inside the office.
  • Manage the storage room and inventory;
  • Management of work spaces;
  • Ensure the implementation of security measures in case of evacuation;
  • Ensure the submission of the employee list to the security of the building;
  • Ensure the management and the enforcement of security policies and operation (camera system, alarm system, access card, keys, etc.);
  • Ensure the efficient operation of our work spaces;
  • Management of services to the employees :
  • Plan and execute the moving at the arrival and/or relocation of employees, in collaboration with technical support;
  • Organize, in collaboration with human resources, trips and apartments for foreign employees;
  • Execute the preparation of mailing;
  • Execute the 1st level maintenance of printers (toner changing, etc.);
  • Execute the 1st level maintenance of the phone system;
  • Collaborate to the adequate maintenance of bathrooms and cafeteria;
  • Ensure the delivery and distribution of fruits (once a week);
  • All other tasks related to the position:
  • For example: Participate in the company’s life by helping in the organization of raffles, events, and employee purchases.


EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bilingualism
  • Dynamism
  • Discretion
  • Organizational skills
  • Administration degree or equvalent
  • 1-2 years in a similar position

 

TECHNICAL ABILITIES:

  • Communication and writing skills (English and French)
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel and Internet

  • Must be confortable in a team oriented towards constant improvment
  • Ability to undersatand and share one's knowledge
  • Maturity to provide and receive constructive criticism is expected
