4 MONTHS INTERNSHIP - WINTER 2022 SESSION (JANUARY TO APRIL) - FULL-TIME

 

IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN INTERN

REPORTS TO: IT SERVICE TEAM LEAD

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Install and maintain hardware and software;
  • Administer user accounts;
  • Monitor support incidents and work with the team to prioritize and resolve them;
  • Log incidents in Service Desk Plus;
  • Debug and troubleshoot technical issues (software, hardware and networking);
  • Support AV meeting rooms;
  • Manage IT loan equipment.

 

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College degree student in IT Support or other relevant education;
  • Knowledge of Windows 7, 10 and Linux;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Knowledge of management and administration of AD accounts and Azure AD;
  • Knowledge of mobile phone systems;
  • Experience with video game equipment (PC and consoles);
  • Experience in assets and inventory management;
  • Any experience/passion for computer science (examples: PC assembly, follow up of “Tech” news), an asset;
  • Bilingualism French-English.
