Today, GamesIndustry.biz revealed the winners of the Best Places to Work 2021 – Canada, and we’re very proud that both our Montréal and Sherbrooke studios are amongst the winners!
The GamesIndustry.biz Best Places To Work Awards is the only event to celebrate employer excellence specifically for the video games industry. This year’s all-digital event featured sessions on major HR issues, such as challenges around COVID-19, inclusion and diversity, harassment, and much more.
Our studio continuously strives to offer a world-class work environment and benefits that adapt to the new realities of work. Amongst other measures, we’ve recently put in place a permanent Flex program that offers our employees to work where they want, up to $1000 of reimbursements per year for psychological care and a dedicated homeworking internet line for employees who need it. We’ve also announced that we will be shifting to the 4-day work week.
We’re also delighted to say that our studio and our sister studio Square Enix Montréal were jointly awarded the Corporate Social Responsibility Award.
