To pay a fine they owe to the Nova Corps, Star-Lord and the Guardians have a plan (sort of) that involves getting an audience with Lady Hellbender and selling her a rare monster. Depending on the player’s choices, that monster will be either… Rocket or Groot. As they arrive in her fortress on Seknarf Nine, they get to witness her power firsthand, but also her surprising sensibility.
Lady Hellbender has made her name as a formidable warrior, monster collector, and queen of Seknarf Nine. With her Hellraisers, she goes above and beyond to obtain the rarest monsters, no matter how illegal or violent. Her desire for exotic creatures pushes her to even trade with monster hunters, offering generous rewards to grow her sanctuary.
In true Guardians fashion, things take a turn, and Lady Hellbender seems more intrigued by Drax’s presence than by Star-Lord’s leadership.
